Marietta native new owner of CertaPro Painters®

Marietta native Mike Shipp is the new owner of CertaPro Painters of Marietta.

Prior to the purchase of the business, Shipp spent the past 14 years with Grainger Industrial Supply, where he held managerial positions and lead a sales team in Northwest Georgia.

“At Grainger, I was instrumental in developing strategies and executing plans for some of our largest customers; helping them become more profitable and efficient in the process,” Shipp said. “This created a desire to use the skills and experience I had acquired during my corporate career and operate my own business.
