Working as a Recruiting Consultant

Certa ProPainters, Ltd. is looking for a results-driven, motivated and energetic Recruiting Consultant. The Recruiting Consultant will be tasked with speaking to prospects about exploring the opportunity to purchase an independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters® franchise. The Recruiting Consultant will report to the General Manager of Franchise Development.

Essential Functions:

  • Originate new franchisee candidates through outbound phone calls/consultations and evaluate candidate “fit” with our business model
  • Establish and expand relationships with executive and director level candidates
  • Present business features and benefits to candidates
  • Conduct consultative conversations to generate leads
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with existing franchise owners

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Communications, Business or related field preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Impressive communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Excellent time and priority management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Willing to take a pre-employment assessment
  • Completion of successful background check and credit check
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
