My name is Pat Wade and I’m your local CertaPro franchise owner. I run my business with a very simple, yet important philosophy: Take care of the customer and long-term growth and profits will follow. I realize that hiring a contractor is not an easy decision and that most people have had very bad experiences with contractors. The reason I chose CertaPro as a business I wanted to purchase was because of the unique approach they have to taking care of the customer. If you haven’t, now you have, because CertaPro of Huntington Beach does exactly that. Before purchasing my CertaPro franchise I was with a privately held company that prided itself on customer service and received the JD Power & Associates award for tops in their industry 10 of the past 11 years. In my nearly 20-year tenure with that company I moved all over the U.S. with increasing roles in responsibility. The need to get back closer to my family and home to Southern California is what prompted my purchase of a CertaPro franchise. When I’m not hard at work I can be found on the golf course, out on the ocean deep sea fishing, or hunting and playing with my black Lab, Thor. As a graduate from USC I enjoy watching Trojan football.
