Exterior Painting Project for Proqual in Phoenix, AZ
In June 2021, CertaPro Painters® of Phoenix was hired to help with a refresh of the Proqual Landscaping Office and maintenance building warehouse are located in Tempe, AZ. This project consisted of three buildings. The project took approximately 2 weeks.

When completing the west wall on the main building, we had to communicate with the next door building, since the wall was next to their parking lot. We coordinated with the next door building to access their parking lot in order to complete the painting of that particular wall.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Productive communication was also utilized in order to time and complete the roll up doors in a way that did not inconvenience the tenants regular work and productivity.
